I'm going to start off with the basic "must know" things for it's current iteration and I will edit or reply later when I get a bit more knowledge from talking and searching around the community.
* Boulderfist (If talented)
* Landslide (If talented)
* Frostbrand (if talented)
The preferred up time on all of these buffs is 90% or higher. Landslide and Boulderfist are triggered off the same ability and have the exact same duration of 10 seconds. Lumping that together would not be a bad idea, but in the case of only one of those talents being taken I could see the benefit of separate tracking.
Our Maelstrom cap is currently at 150. We want to avoid capping out when possible and hover around the 70-80 Maelstrom range in case of Stormbringer (resets the cooldown on Stormstrike and allows two extra uses at reduced cost) procs to use them as soon as possible.
* Feral Spirits
* Doom Winds
Feral Spirits is mostly used on CD unless otherwise needed for burning specific parts of a fight.
Doom Winds increases our damage significantly over the course of six seconds. It's preferred to be used on cooldown, but can be held slightly to make sure we don't cap on Maelstrom and our buffs are up.
I think those are most, if not all, of the basics for Enhancement. We use Potion of the Old War like most melee. I'm not quite sure if defensive CD's are necessary, but if they are I will edit if possible.
The only thing I believe might be useful is tracking our Healing Surge casts. Reason being, it is an instant cast but also uses Maelstrom when available. It can be a handy "oh crap" moment save, however it also is a global and is maelstrom that could be used on damaging abilities. Of course there are cases where you are capped and doing a mechanic, which is part of the reason why I am questioning the need for tracking this. I would love if someone would chime in and let me know if I'm right or wrong about this.
