Resto shaman: very much about reacting ASAP to damage and being the very first person to hit low hp% targets, our mastery works by increasing a heal's potency relative to the target's missing hp, such that a heal at 1% on a non-tank target might well restore the target's hp to the same value as a heal thrown at 50%.
As such, a key metric that already exists in MW analysis but is even more important to shamans is healing done to people with low hp (sub 30% works).

% Chain heals hits taking advantage of 20% deluge buff (aka on riptide targets or healing rain targets, probably easier to figure out by looking at 20% higher than usual hits/crits, only if specced).
Healing Efficiency per Mana spent
Same as monk for shaman spells (won't detail here but pretty much any that make sense from the above list of cast efficiency + the ones without cd, healing wave, surge and chain heal).
Mana gained by resurgence and amount of healing waves/surges/chainHeals cast on people under 60% hp (if bottomless depths talented specced) as well as how much of the resurgence mana came from these heals' returns.
Ancestral Vigor uptime on raid and/or tanks (if specced).
% undulation buffs wasted (ran the duration and wasnt consumed by healing wave / surge cast, if specced)
Healing Waves cast with tidal waves up (% of total casts buffed)
Healing Surges cast with tidal waves up (% of total casts buffed)
Riptides cast at 2 tidal wave charges (% of potential tidal waves lost)
Chain heals cast at 2 tidal wave charges (% of potential tidal waves lost)
Check shaman cds (tide, asc, wellspring, guidance, earthen barrier, time warp, spirit link) with similar bars to monk's version.
Gift of the Queen Effectiveness, same idea as monk's sheilun
Various cds' effectiveness (tide / guidance / amount of link "heals" on critical hp ppl sub 30% or so).
The final part is probably one of the most important for rsham as discussed in the beggining so knowing when we healed sub 30% ppl would be really nice, same as monk.
Cheers and keep up the good work
